The Interview - Robert Kirkman
What inspired you to write this book?
I was inspired by personal experiences, current events, or a desire to explore certain themes or ideas that I felt were important.
Can you tell us about your writing process?
My writing process usually involves a lot of research and outlining before I start drafting. Once I have a solid plan, I try to write consistently every day, even if it's just for a short time.
Who are your literary influences?
I've been influenced by a wide range of authors, from classic writers like Shakespeare and Dickens to contemporary voices like Toni Morrison and Haruki Murakami.
What message or theme do you hope readers take away from your book?
I hope readers come away with a deeper understanding of [theme] or are inspired to [action]. However, I also believe in the power of interpretation, so I'm always curious to hear different perspectives.
Did you face any challenges while writing this book?
Absolutely, writing is always a challenging process. Whether it was overcoming writer's block, conducting difficult research, or finding the right narrative voice, there were definitely obstacles along the way.
Are any of the characters in your book based on real people?
While none of the characters are directly based on real people, they might be inspired by traits or experiences I've observed in others. I believe in creating characters that feel authentic and relatable to readers.
What do you think sets your book apart from others in its genre?
I think what sets my book apart is its unique perspective on [theme/genre] and the way it [innovates/reshapes] traditional storytelling conventions. I aimed to bring something fresh and compelling to the table.
